Rib Shop Ltd is a specialist marine company based in Hamble Point Marina dedicated to supplying high-quality Rigid Inflatable Boats, yacht tenders and outboard engines to customers who value reliability, performance and expert advice. We focus on delivering trusted brands and practical solutions.
At the heart of our sales business is our long-standing partnership with Highfield Boats, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of aluminium-hulled RIBs. We are the Solent Highfield Dealer, supplying the full range of models, from the Ultralite range of yacht tenders to larger, high-performance RIBs such as the Sport 700 and the newly launched ADV9.
We are also an authorised dealer for Honda Marine, offering the full range of Honda outboard engines from the trusty 2.3hp through to the phenomenal BF350. Renowned for their engineering excellence, fuel efficiency and reliability, Honda outboards provide dependable power for both RIBs and tenders. Alongside this, we supply Honwave inflatables, a practical and versatile range of portable tenders ideal for easy transport, storage, and everyday boating use.
In addition, we supply Tohatsu Outboards; a globally respected brand known for producing powerful and lightweight engines, offering a great value product for boat owners looking for reliable propulsion.
Our sales team are more than just standard salespeople; they are passionate about their role in finding our clients the exact set-up they need. We have a huge wealth of knowledge with regards to lifting systems, weight limits and storage restrictions. When we are presented with a brief of what is required, we take the time to research which tender and engine package would be most suitable.
Beyond boat and engine sales, we offer a range of supporting marine services. These include engine rigging and installation, customisation, servicing and maintenance, retube and refit services, as well as tube repairs and producing custom yacht fenders.

The River Hamble Boat Show returns for its second open day of the year at Hamble Point Marina on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th June 2026. The Hamble Point dealers and marine businesses will be opening their doors for an informal day of meeting the teams, looking around the marina and viewing a selection of new and pre‑owned boats on site.
Unlike a large‑scale boat show, this open day offers a calmer experience with no crowds — giving you plenty of time to view the boats, spend time on board and speak with the teams.

As a fully self-contained weekender, the ADV9 offers accommodation for up to four guests, complemented by a heated or air-conditioned cabin, galley, enclosed head, and optional camper enclosure. Together, these features create a truly multi-season vessel designed for comfortable adventures year-round.
A flush deck layout, generous beam, high freeboard, and direct access to the swim platforms maximise safety, comfort, and ease of movement on board. The non-stepped hull provides predictable handling in a wide range of sea conditions while also ensuring straightforward trailering and excellent compatibility with floating dock systems.
